Leah Greenblum
Leah Greenblum is the Founder & Executive Director of Jewish Free Loan Chicago, where she brings together her experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and community building to expand access to interest-free loans across the Chicago Jewish community and beyond. A relationship-driven nonprofit entrepreneur, Leah founded JFLC to help individuals and families navigate financial challenges with dignity and support.
Prior to launching JFLC, Leah founded and served as Executive Director of Midwest Access Coalition, a practical abortion fund supporting people traveling for reproductive healthcare. Under her leadership, the organization grew into a multi-state volunteer network of more than 200 volunteers before her departure in 2020.
Leah has also held development and fundraising roles at Avodah and The Harbour. In recognition of her leadership and impact, she received Women of Reform Judaism’s 2019 Women’s Empowerment Award.
Leah graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida and earned a master’s degree in sociology from Brown University. She also completed the nonprofit management certificate program at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in 2019.
